I know it is daunting trying to find someone to help you with your difficulties. Secondly, because it is hard to ask for help, explain how you feel and know what you might need.
Many people I have successfully worked with may feel that they are living life by putting on a front but that underneath they feel disconnected to themselves or others. They may say that they have tried various approaches in the past and nothing has worked, or that they understand it logically but just don't feel it emotionally. The approach I take is to enable you to feel the change that you want to make rather than just know what it is. As a clinical psychologist I offer bespoke psychological interventions that are tailored to you rather than a manualised 'one size fits all' approach. I draw upon evidence based psychological therapies in order to help you to make sense of how and why your difficulties developed, and to establish a way out of the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
